The former president has often made remarks that are being talked about around the world ... and it has something to do with him being a "loose talker."
A loose talker is someone who doesn't think about what he is saying. So he may say inappropriate things ... and many are wondering whether he is making fun of a serious situation ... or he doesn't mean anything to cause trouble.
Choose your wild!

The president has the habit of saying things that many people find offensive ... rude ... derogatory ... and disrespectful.
The remarks are often carelessly or irresponsibly uttered without any regard if he hurt somebody.
Take note that when he said stuff like that ... notice the naughty grin ... there's a deeper meaning lurking behind those smiles - very suggestive and playful.
****************
Remember the time he was joking about rape ... women's rights groups are not laughing.
“They said there are many rape cases in Davao,” the president said. “As long as there are many beautiful women, there will be more rape cases.”
“Instead of seriously addressing the problem, the misogynist has added insult to the scars of rape survivors,” a coalition of women's groups asserted. They argued that rape had nothing to do with physical appearance, and the group accused the president of victim-shaming and of blaming women for their rapes."

In his latest outing, foreign news agencies describe that the former Philippine leader "has suggested killing senators in a bomb blast will make room in the Senate for his preferred opposition candidates.
These statements were made ... as his word war with incumbent President Ferdinand Marcos Jr heats up amid a midterm election campaign.
The ex-president is endorsing nine opposition senatorial candidates running in the May national elections."
***************
These statements are a rehash of what once was in his term ... the report continued.
"As a candidate for president in 2016, and as president until 2022, Duterte had been known to issue profanity-laden threats directed at public officials, including elected politicians, judges as well as police officers, while waging his deadly war on drugs.
Under his watch, the report said ... an estimated 25 mayors and vice mayors were killed, either by police or unknown gunmen and snipers. Some of those killed were reportedly included in his drug list.
****************
What a grim picture the news had painted on the canvas. You can almost see the gory details ... everything was covered with nothing but blood.
Of course, Salvador Panelo (like what his name suggests) comes to his rescue just in the nick of time. "He was only joking ... hindi na kayo nasanay sa kanya." He loves to sugar-coat the situation ... or was he making damage control?
It was deja vu time once again (the feeling that we had seen or heard those lines before) akin to what Harry Roque did in his "rape joke" as he tried to limit the fallout from the president’s comments, Roque insisted he was not a misogynist ... he was only joking ... besides he had appointed several women to key positions in his government.
People asked" If you have appointed women in key and pivotal roles and positions ... does that erase his being a misogynist?
****************
And what's this we heard that Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) Director Nicholas Torre filed a complaint against the former President over his "kill" remark about senators at a political rally.
The complaints filed include inciting to sedition and unlawful utterances, offenses punishable under the Revised Penal Code.
Well-meaning Pinoys chorused: "It is about time."
*****************
We were riding in a bus watching GMA's 24 Oras ... even artista-senators Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla were quick to defend and dismiss the former's presidents rhetorics. What's wrong with these guys?
Jinggoy said: " This is not an issue for me." Bong Revilla added" Mabulaklak lang talaga ang dila niya."
One passenger commented: "Di ba mga senators ang papatayin? And it is a non-issue for them? I can't believe what I am hearing!"
*****************
Pinoys still have to hear the general feelings of other senators regarding their being the target.
We want to hear firsthand the friends of the former president (Senators Cynthia Villar, Imee Marcos, Pia Cayetano, Camille Villar, Joel Villanueva, Bong Go, Robin Padilla, and Bato de la Rosa).
"If their answers sound like Jinggoy and Bong ... Inday Sara for sure will be acquitted in her impeachment trial." said a fuming mad passenger.
******************
"Takot ba ang mga senators sa former president?" tanong ng isang mama.
'May mga banta ba sa kanila ... or they are just playing safe at maganda na lang yong walang dissenting comments na maririnig.?
Pero kung ang sagot ay katulad ng isang senadora na isang amasona (lalo na kung may pinaglaban ... pwede siya magtaas ng boses anytime ... anywhere). Pero in the name of friendship pwede niyang kalimutan ang kanyang prinsipyo at integridad. Kaya ... hindi malayong Sara will go home free." dagdag pa niya.
*******************
Which lead another passenger to ask: itong mga senador na ito ... Senador ba sila ng bayan o para sa mga mamamayan?"
Or mga senador sila protecting the former president and the incumbent VP?
It is just too bad that people have never learned their lessons. With the coming elections ... iboboto ulit nila ang mga kandidatong pinaghinalaan nila (we are sure of that) ... only to feel shortchanged pagkatapos nilang ilagay ang mga ito sa puwesto.
