How time flies! ABS CBN is presenting a new batch of their homegrown talents... formerly child actors and actresses who want to try their luck and test showbiz waters ... one more time. While other stars could break into the door of the chosen few as teenagers ... even older ... there were some who started in the Kapamilya stable as kiddie stars. They are the select few ... and it looks like they are here for good.

Remember Zaijan Jaranilla as an orphan named Santino in May Bukas Pa and Noah opposite Piolo Pascual as his father? Xyriel Manabat is another example who used to play child characters in 100 Days To Heaven as the young Anna Manalastas. Not to be outdone is Andrea Brilliantes in the titular character Annaliza. 

There is also Louise Abuel playing Jose Bautista in Walang Iwanan and Kyle Echarri and Darren Espanto who both started in the Voice Kids and have now moved to making TV Series.  All are now teenagers and by virtue of their acting talents they have honed and sharpened their skills and now is the time to put them to good use.

Well ... it looked like when it rains it pours ... and there are more coming ... child actors before who are now in their awkward stage - not a boy or girl ... but not yet a man or a woman.

First in line is Jana Agoncillo best remembered for her role in Dream Dad.  And remember the adorable Raikko Mateo in Honesto and his badge of honor ... his bonnet ... and cutie Marc Santiago in Boyfie? The only promising child actor in the stable who decided na mag-over the bakod is Marco Masa of Nathaniel - who is also now a teenager and works for GMA.

They come in droves and in the picture above the list is endless: Krystal Mejes, Hannah Lopez, Vito, Chunsa Jung, Lance Lucido, Andrez del Rosario, Heart Ramos, Miguel Vergara, and Angelica Rama to name a few.
