Is renaming Ninoy Aquino International Airport, an example of historical revisionism? Negros Oriental Representative Arnie Teves filed to rename the airport to Ferdinand E. Marcos International Airport.

He claimed that the airport was finished during the glorious Marcos era.  History states the airport was finished in 1961 during the Diosdado Macapagal term.

Maybe Teves meant some minor renovations were done in FEM's time ... but was that enough to change the name and get credit from it? To think that BBM was just newly sworn ... and now these major changes?

Just In: The governments of Ireland France and Malta have issued health safety warnings, telling their constituents not to eat popular Filipino instant noodle brand LUCKY ME due to high level of ethylene oxide,

I used to stock my kitchen cabinet with this. Despite brand owner, Monde Nissin's clarification that they are not adding this chemical, and that the noodles are safe to eat some studies show ethylene oxide can cause health problems and cancer was mentioned. If what Europe says is true ... UNLUCKY ME!

Congressman Teves from Visayas has filed a bill to change NAIA to FEMIA. Can we just be one Filipino people and stop the Marcos vs Aquino politics of destruction? The rivalry has been protracted for decades and allies of BBM are resurrecting them once again.

This is not the Game of Thrones where favorite characters sought redemption, and revenge, while others were gruesomely killed in the process.
