Just asking

I
s renaming Ninoy Aquino International Airport, an example of historical revisionism? Negros Oriental Representative Arnie Teves filed to rename the airport to Ferdinand E. Marcos International Airport.

He claimed that the airport was finished during the glorious Marcos era.  History states the airport was finished in 1961 during the Diosdado Macapagal term.

Maybe Teves meant some minor renovations were done in FEM's time ... but was that enough to change the name and get credit from it? To think that BBM was just newly sworn ... and now these major changes?
