Out of the 5 M's above that we need to control ... I am more inclined to talk about controlling our mouths.
Control your mouth - Some people want to hear what sounds good, not what's right, and it gets hard to tolerate people who are always ready to start arguments instead of understanding the point.
Shut your mouth whenever you can. Stop meddling in conversations where your opinions were not asked. If you think the person monopolizing the discussion is an idiot who thinks he is always right ... or he is Mr. Know It All ... chill.
If you think the person presiding is getting on your nerves ... because of his ridiculous claims and outrageous ideas ... zipping your mouth is a welcome option. Don't ever attempt to give the person a piece of your mind. You can't take back something once it is already said.
Quit overthinking about shit you don’t have control over, it ain’t worth the pain. If you can't keep your mouth shut when you see someone saying something that makes no sense ... don't think of becoming Superman ... where you have to save mankind from an over-zealous buffoon.
Think about the consequences. The consequences are always worse than the benefit of a moment’s satisfaction.
Realize you can't always have your way. Ask yourself is it worth it to argue everything?
The “my way or the highway” BS won't get you far in life.
