Beautiful women are a thing of the past. Look no further because men these days don't like to play second fiddle ... they don't want to take a backseat either. They hate being treated like reserves or second-stringers ... and they frown on being benchwarmers ... or just an understudy.
Men ... men ... beautiful men ... you can find them anywhere. You open blogs and internet sites, and you will see men trying to outdo each other in pageants, television, ramp, campus, and sports. In pageants ... the most loud and visible are Misters of Filipinas, Mr. Grand Philippines, Mr. International Philippines, Mr. Philippines Worldwide, Century Tuna Superbods, Mr Friendship Philippines, and other bikini open search. In the international stratosphere ... we have Manhunt International, Mr. World, Mr. International, Mr. Grand International, etc.
In showbiz and television, artista search and reality shows are being made: Pinoy Big Brother, and Starstruck among others. Even PPOP boy bands sprouted like mushrooms after SB19 and BGYO took the music industry by storm. Notice that the members need to be good-looking first ... and their singing talent ... second. The Kapamilya and the Kapuso stable are bursting at their seams with an impeccable selection of studs and hunks.
In the sports scene, (UAAP and NCAA), the hardcourts are being played not by your typical basketball heroes, but by mestizos whose horde of fans come in grooves to break your eardrums. In universities and colleges, the campus is littered with cuties ... and other undiscovered stallions are walking within your breathing distance ... just waiting for their time to come out of their shell.
Since our subject is about men, we have asked countless women about the men in their lives. And with a little sarcastic humor, they made cynical sometimes funny, and more often sexual parallelism that best describes their experience with them. Come on ... times are hard and the future looks bleak!
Let us laugh at our mistakes in our relationships with them but learn a lesson from them. Let's joke about our troubles with your man but gather strength from them. Let us have fun with our difficulties and try to find means to overcome them.
Batobato sa langit ang tamaan huwag magalit. Dyuk at trabaho lang ito ... at walang personalan ... so huwag seryosohin. Ang magalit pala ay ... PIKON! So there ...
