-Whining and Complaining - You need PATIENCE.
-Walang Dungis Personality - You need good SELF ESTEEM and the ability to OWN MISTAKES.
-Blaming Others- You need to take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY and the ability to get tough ... when the tough gets going.
