The image above shows a long line of empty chairs at the budget deliberations hearing in the House of Representatives, where the office of the Vice President was expected to be.

Wala man lang isa from the office ang interesado? To add insult to injury, the VP, according to some Facebook grapevine, was spotted watching the musical "Dear Evan Hansen" at Solaire.

Sa mga true blue DDS diyan na walang kapaguran sa pag depensa sa kanya kahit hindi na tama ang kanyang mga desisyon ... ito ba ang kandidato na dapat ihalal natin sa 2028? Kailan ba maimulat ninyo inyong mga mata? Aba kung ganitong kandidato ang gusto ninyo ... huwag kami.

Aba nalulunod na sa baha ang Davao ... absent pa rin at mas inuuna pa ang sariling kaligayahan? Kung hindi absent ... VIRTUAL ... kung hindi virtual ... on VACATION leave ... kung wala sa bakasyon kahit GHOST na lang ok pa rin sa inyo? Dito napatunayan ng marami ... na ang pagiging kontento na lang ay isa pa lang stupidity?

And this was not the first time she did this. Remember the time when the so-called designated survivor left the country amid a time when millions of Filipinos were grappling with up to two-storey flooding? I don't blame her critics when they could not hold their punches ... and a flood of flak hounds her when she came back.

Heaven forbid if she dodges the impeachment and gets elected in 2028, and still manages to continue her habit of fleeing the wrath of the typhoons ... there's no one to blame but the voters' idiocy.

There oughta be a law with high officials' DISAPPEARING ACTS- especially when a looming emergency or disaster is present. A concert abroad already paid for... or whether it was a planned trip ... will never be an excuse for being AWOL at the time when there is a crisis. Leaving the country is downright insensitive ... if not callous and unsympathetic.

Same with non-appearance and non-attendance, absenteeism, and truancy in a deliberation hearing where her presence is needed.

Kung ayaw niya or tinatamad lang siya ... bakit pa siya gustong umopo pa sa gobyerno in the first place? At gusto pang maging presidente. Spare the country. Nakapagtatakang bakit niya pinipilit ang sarili sa trabahong ayaw niyang sipotin at puntahan.

Ang bansa ay nauumay na pinagmasdan ang isang spoiled brat at dito pa niya naisipang magkalat. Di ba mahal siya ng mga tao sa Davao ... e di doon na lang siya naghasik ng lagim ... masama man ang kaniyang ginagawa ... okey lang dahil mahal naman nila siya. Forgive and forget na lang.

Sa gitna ng kagulohan sa corruption sa Kongreso ... bulag na lang ang hindi magisip: Kung ano man ang problema ng ilang senador at congressmen ngayon ... ganoon din kaya ang mga ginawa ni VP kaya hindi sila tinatantanan ng marami na ma-impeach?

Di ba sobra sobra naman yan ang mga paratang na iyan? I loathe name-calling ... pero if others are trying their damned best to educate them ... at para imulat ang mata nila sa katotohanan ... sana makinig naman sila.

Kailangan pa ba ang buwanang baha ... at kailangan pa bang may mamatay bago tayo maniwala na ninanakawan pala tayo?

And since when have you seen diehard supporters cheering their idols in their CLANDESTINE and CLOSED-DOOR activities of emptying government coffers and squandering people's money?  They either give a "thumbs up" or welcome what they do with an open hand.

Since when have they shrugged off ghost flood control projects ... and nodded their heads in agreement that it is okay to use substandard materials for the much-needed deterrent to our unwelcomed guests - the floods?

Kung may nagnanakaw sa mga idol nila ... the more pa silang nagiging "KUNSINTIDOR" at wala silang pakialam kung "ENABLER" na ang turing ng iba sa kanila.

Pare-pareho sila. They are too peas in a pod. This expression alludes to the seeds contained in a pea pod, which do indeed look very much alike. 

They also BEHAVE alike ... and THINK alike.

A study states that DDS are susceptible to fake news as compared to other political groups. 

They are a group of people who accept anything that is fed to them. They care less whether it is fake or not as long as it came from the same group they belong in. 

In their thinking, anybody who has nothing good to say about their leaders ... ay isang KALABAN. And anybody who showers them praise ... ay isang KAIBIGAN.

Mahilig noon magmura si PRRD sa kanyang speeches.  Sa totoo lang ... he doesn't need to control his mouth. Wala namang negative repercussions yong mga sick sex joke or yong mga rants niya.

DDS makes it a point na TUMATAWA sila (malaking insulto Kay PRRD kung hindi sila tatawa) ... at SOP na sa kanila ang PUMAPALAKPAK sila ng malakas.

What's In A Name?

Inaabangan na ng marami ang mga dambuhalang kandidato na nangangarap maging pangunahing stars sa eleksyon 2028.

Kanya-kanya silang hanap ng katandem.  Kung sa nagdaang election bukambibig ang Uniteam ni BBM at Inday Sara ... this early merong unlikely partners ang namumuo at mukhang promising nga ang kanilang unholy union. Pati na ang kombinasyon ng kanilang nga pangalan.

Wala namang impossible sa Pilipinas ... kahit sino pwede maging kandidato. And so much so that our democracy is being dictated by NAME RECALL - a situation where popularity and notoriety become a time-tested formula for winning elections... they can always give themselves a try.

If the voters are familiar with a candidate's name, and this widespread recognition makes a candidate's name more memorable to voters, it increases their chances of being elected or re-elected compared to lesser-known opponents.

The sinister collaboration we are referring to is CHIZ Escudero and CURL-ee Discaya.

What is in these names? Well, after their names were dragged into the flood control project scandals ... how could one ignore? It has a name recall.

Besides, may landi ang kanilang name-blending - Chiz and Curlee? Dapat ang tawag sa kanilang team ay CHIZ-CURL. Sa tunog pa lang ... talong-talo ang Kath-niel at Liz-quen.

Pagkatapos mamamayagpag ang PIATTOS care-of Inday Sara ... how can these two fail?

PHRASE: Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus 

MEANING: It is a legal maxim meaning "false in one testimony ... false in all testimony.  It is a common law principle suggesting that a witness or a resource person who willfully lies about one matter may be deemed not credible for any other matter.

It is a legal principle that when a person falsely testifies in his statements ... he is not believable and reliable to continue to say something about another thing.

If you are deceitful in one ...you are deceitful in all. 

So when he perjured himself once ... his entire testimony, validation, and proof became suspicious and distrustful.

The saying is almost similar to: "Once a liar ... always a liar."

USING IT IN A SENTENCE: Congresswoman Gerville Luistro of Batangas uses this Latin phrase: "Falsus in uno ... falsus in omnibus" when she delivered her closing argument after a draining interrogation and an exhausted cross-examination with contractor Curlee Discaya.

She further criticized Discaya for "selective amnesia," noting that his memory was immaculately flawless as he enumerated the congressmen who were asking for money in this administration. However, suddenly, he lost track of whether congressmen and senators were asking the same in the last administration.

Whether her observations are true or not ... or whether she crushed an eel like Discaya's testimonial ... we will know in the future episodes.
