Just to prove my point na ang nangyari kay MJ Macalintal - Man Hot Star International 2025 was just plain nerves and not what his critics were saying na nagpabaya siya sa subject niyang Rizal's Life Works and Writings ... (or worse yong iba insinuating na iba na ang mga kabataan ngayon ... or may mali sa ating educational system ngayon) 

Here is another instance na ang nerbiyos can overwhelm or freeze the memory and other mental faculties ng isang game show player lalo na kung may TIME PRESSURE at may time constraint. Nandiyan na ang sagot at the tip of your tongue ... ibang pang sagot ang naibulalas. 

Pareho din yan sa sitwasyon ... when somebody panics dahil malapit na ang taning ng kanilang asiignment ... at wala siyang magawa kundi matulala? Imbes na may gagawin .. aba eh na frozen at naparalyze? DEAD-ENDS at DEADLINES kung baga.

It can happen to anybody not even Queen D who is a top media influencer and content creator (with millions of followers to boot) ...  is immune to game show (Family Feud) jitters and fits. Imagine content creator ka ... tapos pinanood ka ng iyong mga suki ... tapos sa national TV ka pa magkalat? Magbigay ng sikat na Aquino tanong ni Dingdong ... sukat ba naman na ang isagot ay ... Gloria Macapagal Aquino?

Kaya huwag din siyang i-bash dahil nataranta lang siya ... sino ba naman ang gustong magkamali eh 200,000 pesos is at stake ... and your winning the prize depends on how focus or nervous you are.

Sana hindi dapat mangyari ... pero hindi maiiwasan ... and Family Feud is banking on these bloopers and other boob tube booboos ... the much-needed entertainment the audience thirst... at this time when prices are high ... and the country's economic future looks bleak and glum.

Not even our high school valedictorian who is a perfectionist delivered a flawless and error-free valedictory address when she stumbled on one word ... instead of saying PACIFIC OCEAN ... aba eh nagkaletse-letse na at sinabing SPECIFIC OCEAN?

Aba eh kung meron ng social media noon ... kawawa itong aming valedictorian at husgahan pa siya ng mga taong hindi niya kilala ... ng isang sarkastikong tanong: "Valedictorian nga ba?

Slip Of The Tongue sa Tictoclock

Nagka-slip of the tongue si MJ Macalintal sa Tic-tock Clock? Di ba kapanalo lang niya ng First Runner Up sa Man Hot Star International sa Thailand where in the Q and A segment ... he gave one of the most riveting answer?

This is not a slip of the tongue if MJ was looking at the board. May hint na nga sa board ... but MJ insists on answering using his gut feeling ... (eh kung lalamya lamya ka diyan sa pagsagot ... after three seconds nagbuzzer na)

I don't blame him actually ... malapit nga naman ang BAYWALK sa Luneta Park. And besides ... it starts with the letter B. Si Kuya Kim nga nag-side-comment: "I don't blame you for answering that ... ang pinakadulo kasi ng Baywalk ay sa Luneta."

What surprised me was the netizens' reactions ... as they judge him and the country's educational system severely na parang everything is bleak and grim at wala ng redeeming value. Sabi nga ng isa "Ang pinag-aralan po natin noon ... ay halos di na tinuturo sa mga kabataan ngayon ... kaya hindi nakapagtataka kung marami silang hindi alam."

May hirit pa ang isa" " Karamihan sa mga bata ngayon wala ng alam sa kasaysayan panay pagsayaw na lang sa Tiktok ang alam. Pagdating sa klase medyo kinakapos na ...:

Mga tsong ... let us give MJ a slack. Laro lang po ito. Sa Fast and The Curious ng Tictoclock kung sino ang trivia karerista ay siyang nananalo. Eh kung dinadaga ka at may nerbiyos as evident in MJ Macalintal nervous laugh ... mapilitan ka na lang nanghula. Baka maka-tsamba ng sagot.

Parang sa Family Feud na bawat question may time frame at time constraint. Kung hindi mo alam ang sagot ... hulaan na ... malay mo ma-jackpot-an mo ang di inaasahang sagot.

Ang hirap talaga ... lalo na kung iniisip mo kung ano ang sasabihin nila sakaling pumalpak ka ng sagot,

Kaya kayong mga perfect diyan ... at walang mga stage fright ... at fully confident na nakipagkarerahan ng sagot on national TV ... hinay-hinay naman sa paghusga.
