Katatapos lang ng ating discussion tungkol sa oksimoron ... mga salitang pinagsama pero magkasalungat.

This time hindi naman sila pinagsama.  Nabulabog lang ang aking katinoan dahil galing ito sa interview/conversation ng dalawang tao. na kilalang kilala natin. 

Ang sabi ng una ... was precisely the exact opposite ng tinuran ng pangalawa.  And no less than our Ilongga Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Rabiya Mateo at actor Jeric Gonzales ang nagsasalita. Guys kayo na ang bahalang humusga (Ang mga malisyoso diyan ... pwede nang umalis.)

Rabiya Mateo: Pagdating sa bahay parang siya (Jeric) ang PAHINGA ko.

Jeric Gonzales: Sa kanya (Rabiya) ... ako NAPAPAGOD.

(Oksimoron galing sa 2 salita: NAKAKAPAGOD NA PAHINGA. (O ... newly coined word yan ha...)

Difficult and challenging times come and go ... and there are always these people who top the list as the most remembered in my memory bank.

-those people who extended a HELPING hand in these difficult times

-those people who came to my RESCUE

-those people who AGGRAVATED and EXACERBATED the difficult situation

-those people who practically PLACED me in this problem

-and those people who were ABSENT ... IGNORED and LEFT me alone.

It is quite ironical ...  papasok ka ng trabaho sa umaga na spic and span: makintab ang sapatos, naka-tuck-in at naka blow dry ang buhok.

Pagkatapos uuwi ka completely drenched ... at basang basa. Hindi rin nakatulong ang payong at kapote ... dahil nagbreast stroke ka pa sa baha.

Despite the tropical depression and the heavy downpour, Angat Dam reaches a minimum water level according to PAGASA. Bumabaha na nga at lahat ... wala pa ring tubig? Anak ng tipaklong ...

It is raining cats and dogs. Quite ironic to hear TV News reportage about Maynilad making every effort to provide its customers with continuous water service.

However, some external factors are present ... prompting them to issue some advisories ... some areas in Metro Manila will have water service interruption. 

I can't hold my punches anymore. There is just enough water supply in the sky and in the streets ... and our faucets have none?

Inquirer News: Manila Hotel catches fire... the blaze reaches third alarm.  No injuries or deaths have been reported so far. This news is so bizarre ... to put it mildly.

It just doesn't make sense. I am not surprised that the country's first-ever five-star hotel had this fire. I am more surprised that the sprawling property in the heart of Manila was almost burned to ashes during the rainy season. Just like water and oil ... fire and rain don't mix.
