If I tell you the secret ... the question is ... will you do it? There's really no hocus-pocus or mumbo-jumbo needed to change the direction of your life - just plain common sense and the drive to change. That simple.

First, stop what you are doing at the moment.

Second, get your phone and jot down some of your "what to do list". In your refrigerator, you can hang a message board and enumerate the top wishes and dreams you want to accomplish in life.

Third, before going to work make plans for what you will do today that will eventually make you get closer to achieving these wishes.

Fourth, after coming from work examine yourself what you have done today. Did it make you move a stone-throw away from attaining those goals?

That simple ... if you religiously follow this advice, I don't see any reason why you can't change your life. 

The key to turning the bolt that made you locked out ... is doing something about it.

It is natural to entertain these kinds of feelings. It is just an episode or a phase in our life where we feel we are at a standstill as if our life is leading us nowhere ... as if we haven’t done anything productive and meaningful. 

How many days do you wake up feeling like you are a hamster on a wheel? You woke up at 5 AM, take a shower, then report to work.  After that, you drive home, eat again, watch the evening news and then go to sleep.  You wake up tomorrow doing the same routine.  The cycle becomes repetitive.

And have you come to think about what needs to be done on those days when life seems pointless ... or life doesn't make sense? You are going through the motions, but there is an empty pit inside your being ... wanting to be filled.

You struggled and the more you try harder, you end up in the same spot. Your lack of courage to alter your beaten self looking more disarrayed than ever pushes alarm buttons that are starting to make a heavy toll on you.

All you need to focus on right now is not to get harsh on yourself. 

If you feel your life is quite repetitive and you need something new in life choose to switch careers where your passion falls, take up a new course that interests you, and plan to switch countries in terms of profession/ education. Learn something new. Keep yourself moving forward, because you are surely going to rise high and confident and time will prove it!
