Karen Davila set the record straight on Sen Imee Marcos's remark about leaving the Philippines if BBM won. Napikon po ba ako? Hindi po.

But in her twit, she said: In victory resist the temptation to gloat. Graciousness is a class act.

Imee Marcos said it was a joke. And she apologized to Karen after the interview.

Joke alright ... but a loaded joke with more meaning and insinuations than it appears to have. And why apologize senator. You seemed to be hell-bent on firing those ammunitions ... so don't give me that apology crap!

It's A Mad Mad World

 A climate of stupidity made this collection possible.

It chronicles the most outrageous occurrences of shortsightedness, incompetence, and poor judgment.

Not all characters in these dispatches are stupid.  Some are merely ridiculous or momentarily inept.

Others are very bright people who become innocently entangled in improbable situations that turned out to sound stupid.

The papers that reported these occurrences are all reputable mainstream bastions of journalism.

Thanks to them, for without their efforts we will never see any strange news from this strange planet.

Although a lot of us are worried about the threat of crimes in our neighborhood.  The good news is, that there are plenty of crooks who don't realize that they are their worst enemy.

HONEST CRIMINAL:

In Glasgow, Warren Gillen was arrested for robbing a bank. Police put him on a lineup, but nobody has identified him.

Warren made a mistake when after the lineup is done, he complained that nobody has identified him.
