Sino Ang Dapat Magimbestiga?

The INUNDATION has not stopped at BINABAHA na nga ang Metro Manila ... pati na sa probinsiya ... OVERFLOWING.

It is quite an irony na pati ang gobyerno ngayon is DELUGED with problems on FLASHFLOODS ... nakisabay pa sa DELUBYO ng problema sa corruption related to massive FLOOD scam.

Hindi pwede ang KAMARA.  Lalong hindi pwede ang SENADO. If anyone believes na capable sila to police their ranks ... diyan kayo nagkamali.  Haven't you heard of the term CONFLICT OF INTEREST?

Why do we say conflict of interest? Kung ikaw ang judge sa finals ng Tawag Ng Tanghalan tapos relative mo yong isang contestant, do you think wala man lang bias on your part na papaboran mo siya?

Ganyan din sa Blue Ribbon Committee. Kung ikaw ay isang senador hahayaan mo na lang mabahiran ng PUTIK ang isang institution na kinabilangan mo? Or kung ikaw ay congressman ... hahayaan mo na lang ang BFF mong si Cong na ma-outed, mapahiya at mahila sa KUMUNOY?

As per Tito Sen, ang composition daw ng independent people's commission, wala raw mga pulitiko para wala ngang conflict of interest. Sabi niya it should be chaired by a retired SUPREME COURT JUSTICE. At dahil mga flooding infrastructures ito one member should be a certified PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT para usaping budgeting ng pera. Meron din daw dapat CIVIL ENGINEER or ARCHITECT na gamay ang mga infrastructures at nakakaintioendi sa gastos dito.

Meron din daw dapat na member ng NGO at isang ACADEMICIAN (somebody who specializes in public administration or economics. All of which are appointed by the president.

PHRASE: Writ of Quo Warranto

MEANING: It is a special form of legal action used to resolve a dispute over whether a specific person has a legal right to hold a government position that he occupies. It is often used as a test of someone's legal right to hold an office ... not to evaluate someone's performance in the office.

This writ is issued to inquire into the legality of a claim of a person or a public office. It restrains the person or their authority to act in an office he is not entitled to.

This writ applies to public or government offices ONLY, but not to private offices.

The government takes action against individuals who unlawfully hold an office or position. It is not a personal dispute but a public issue concerning someone's legitimacy or authority to hold a particular office.

EXAMPLE: One blogger suggested that the writ of quo warranto could be petitioned against two vocal senators for allegedly pocketing millions of pesos from government contractors in previous elections.

-Several years back ... Solicitor General Jose Calida filed a quo warranto petition against ABS-CBN.

I Welcome Dissenting Opinions

Napapanood natin si Christian Esguerra at Ronald Llamas sa kanilang podcast ... at napansin nating at the very end of their discussion ... they talk to the trolls and make sense of all their absurd viewpoints and mindsets.

Nakipagbardagulan din sila paminsan-minsan lalo na kung mga below-the-belt na ang kanilang banat at naging personal na ang exchange.

In my case, pag nangyari na ang mga heated arguments I ask myself bakit ugali ng mga trolls na ito ang bumabalik (para silang miembero ng kulto ni Gen Douglas McArthur who made a promise that he will return) as if meron gayuma yong blog ko at hinihigop sila ... kahit on the verge na sila ng stroke or aneurysm (dahil hindi nila nagustuhan ang sinulat ko).

Nandoon pa rin sila na nakipagsiksikan at nakipagplastikan ... reklamo sila ng reklamo but they want to give me company? It doesn't make sense. Parang may mali. And they make their presence felt and ensure you notice them that they are around na parang nagpacheck sila ng attendance.

Like Christian and Ronald, I have a similar attitude and approach, Hindi ko sila pinapaalis at ni minsan wala pa akong na-block sa kanila. I guess it has something to do with engagements - (any interaction that users take on my social posts and includes likes, thumbs downs, reactions, comments, reposts, shares, and so on.)

I let them stay ... at times, I have to give them their extended welcome. Pwede ko naman ora-oradang paalisin ... or give them a cold shoulder. But as my grandfather taught me, I am just trying to have a good internet relationship with them.

Besides, I want to show these people... I am a perfect host ... at walang masamang tinapay sa akin. Kung mayroon kaming exchange ... all I need is the right information ... at kung ano ang katotohanan doon ako. Not gossip, rumors, and innuendos.

If my blog's reason for living is to tell the truth and nothing but the truth ... then by all means let all the dissenters come in. If I have to face the vilest and the venomous of comments, even the ugliest and the most petty remarks won't faze me. As long as I have the FACTS tucked in my sleeves, how can I go wrong?

As a blogger, I admit that sometimes I cringe at how the accusations and belittling can have their crippling and lasting effects to POST masters.

But being a blogger in this day and age... it has become de rigueur ... that bashing becomes a part and parcel of the business of writing and sharing one's thoughts via social media. The dictum is that you are considered a nobody ... if no one pays you a daily visit ... and makes your day miserable.

To my trolls who want me to stop writing about their favorite politicians, the more obnoxious and unsavory your language becomes, ... and the more petty your demands are ... the more appetite I have to continue and search for the truth and fight back. Nobody can stop anybody, especially if there are webs of questions hanging in their heads.

No retreat, no surrender. Bawal ang magtago, especially if something does not add up. Bawal din ang matakot ... especially kung malapit mo nang madiskubre ... na yong mga gut feelings at mga hunches mo ... ay totoo nga.

What kind of blogger do I want to become? I vowed I am not going to be like other bloggers who kowtow to sensationalism, thinking that it is easy to go that route. When I write, I always have receipts close by, and I always make it a point that my sources are the mainstream media, not the Johnny-come-lately who operates on clickbait or linkbait.

These bloggers whose headlines are designed to attract attention and to entice users to follow ("click") that link to view, read, stream, or listen to the linked piece of online content. More often than not ... the content is deceptive, sensationalized, or otherwise misleading.

My posts are factual ... may mga resibo ... at magdamagang akong nagreresearch para masabing wala man lang tinge of fake news ang mga posts ko. At least I am trying to. Ayaw ko ng mga writers na ang goal ay makasira lang at ipinabahala na kay Batman kahit mabansagan pa siya na fake news peddler.

I repeat I do welcome dissenters, bashers, renegades, disruptors, and hecklers alike in my blog.Kung gusto nilang makipagusap sa akin ... join ako. Basta sa totoo lang ako.

PRO-BBM: Erogenous? May pagkaberde yon ah. Ikaw talaga ... isa kang berdaderong DDS. Kung alin ang mali ... yon ang pinipili ninyo at doon kayo nagsisiksikan. Correction lang ... UNANIMOUS ang decision nila kahit ERRONEOUS ang pinagkunang source ng information. 

DDS: Ang sakit mo naman magsalita. Hindi naman ako B_BO ...nag-SLEEP of the tongue lang.
