Robin Padilla challenged Professor Jay Batongbacal since he was regarded as an expert on maritime issues ... and the West Philippine Sea ... if he had ever set foot in the contested area.
And to his surprise ... again ... the Professor answered in the affirmative. I know why his line of questioning zeroed on this.
He just wants to boast about the time when he visited WPS before the election. He even crowed "I visited the place and brought supplies to BRP Sierra Madre. My gosh, that was his first and last visit ... at hindi na naulit ... kailangan pa bang i-point out at ipagmalaki? And true to form ... he did a photo op waving the Philippine flag on YouTube ... reminiscent of Neil Armstrong when he did his first moon-walk.
