Not everybody has a chance to brush elbows with the stars in the entertainment, modeling, and pageant industries so when the invitation starts knocking at my door ... who am I to refuse. Others may frown at it ... but it is irresistible. Well-meaning friends have given us the opportunity on a silver platter (it is like allowing us to get something easily ... without having to work on it) so when I saw the window ... in basketball lingo - an opening ... all I did was to dribble the ball ... do the lay-up and shoot it for the much-needed money shot.

Jericho Rosales aka Echo ... a one-time Mr. Pogi contender in Eat Bulaga has blossomed and metamorphosed into a no-nonsense actor in the real sense of the word at the ABS CBN stable.

Once a Liar ... Always A Liar

It is easy to forgive and forget ... ang mga taong ang pagkamali nila'y INAAMIN.

Compared sa mga taong caught in the act na ... SINUNGALING pa rin.

They don't feel sorry, that they fib and lie ... at pinagpilitan pa rin ang pagsinungaling,

They feel sorry, dahil sila'y nahuli mo ... at red-handed pa man din.

When Telling A Lie Becomes Normal

There is something I learned about people telling a LIE.  If they have done it before chances are he will do it again. The temptation and the thrill of fibbing are there ...until dishonesty becomes a habit. They feel falsehood becomes a necessity ... it becomes a normal part of their bodily function like breathing is.

It just pains me to see someone who is compulsive to lie ...  never felt terrible about themselves and what they do.

Lies Hurt

I can't help it.  When I catch somebody telling a lie, it makes me question the 100 stories he told me ... what percentage of them were lies? 

I would instead be told the TRUTH ... (well it may HURT a little) but LIES will hurt till the memory has not been forgotten.

An HONEST BRAVE man for me is somebody who is straight-forward to tell me regardless of how painful the TRUTH is.  And the DISHONEST COWARD is somebody wearing a mask taking solace and refuge in DECEPTION and FALSEHOOD.

Short Circuit

I am not UPSET ... that you lied to me.

I am UPSET ... because from now on I will not trust you anymore.

I am SORRY ... that you don't like my HONESTY

But to be fair ... I don't like your LIES either.
