The Irony of Life

I have worked with Americans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, and Colombians and so far I don't have problems leading them and giving and following instructions and expectations is easy as ABC.

It is ironic I can't do the same for my family ... my sons especially.

I always set boundaries, but setting limits and giving strict guidelines are crippling them. I always taught them by example but showing myself as a model is met with more indifference.

I am living with humility ... and think morally, but these parameters are high bars they can't reach.
