The winners of Miss Iloilo 2024 from left to right: Heartfelt Queens are -Hamda Judicpa - San Miguel, Ranuella Louise Aguila- Cabatuan, Angel Jed Latorre- Sta. Barbara, Alexie Mae Brooks -Leon - Winner Miss Iloilo 2024, Nicklyn Jutay- Tigbauan, Pearl Angel Franco - Pototan - First Runner Up, and Shaima Al Yansuri- Guimbal - Second Runner Up. The pageant was held at West Visayas Auditorium in Lapaz last January 14, 2024.
