A stern reminder to all motorists: Cellphone zombies can be found anywhere ... America and the Philippines included. They are oblivious to what they are doing and preoccupied with texting or reading their messages. Anything can happen ... and it is just a matter of time ... you will never know the next victim will be you. So BEWARE!
