Joshua Azares won the much coveted Mr. World Universe International 2023 in a glittering finale at Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam last May 26, 2023. First Runner Up was Vietnam. This victory is sweet because the winner is an Ilonggo from Dao Capiz.
