The winners of Miss Global 2022 from left to right: Natalia Girdle - Brazil -Fourth Runner Up, Sandra Boris - Lithuania - Third Runner Up,  Shane Quintana Tormes -Philippines - Miss Global 2022 - Winner, Miss Global 2021 - the United Arab Emirates,  Sandra Lee -Malaysia - First Runner Up and Brooke Rankin- Australia- Second Runner Up. The pageant was held in Bali Indonesia Last June 11, 2022.

Controversial director and Marcos pom-pom man Darryl Yap reacts after the Quezon City Council moved to declare him and actress AiAi de las Alas as "persona non grata for the alleged" malicious and unscrupulous defacing" of the city's official seal in a video. Darryl said: "Ang OA lang.

-Dy Joe- Twisting facts here... insinuating political color on something they obviously did without any consideration to the institution they have apparently offended ... instead of showing remorse arrogant pa siya just like the candidate he supported. Ganoon ba lahat ang 31 million. Freedom of expression is free but with responsibility and consequences ... you got yours Mr. Director.

JUST MY TWO CENTS WORTH - This is not about freedom of expression for artists and content creators. This is about desecration and irreverence to the seal of QC. It is almost tantamount to vandalism. They can do their satire and parody all they want but they overstepped boundaries. Endangering their livelihood? They should have thought of that in the first place before getting so cocky about their wins which were not even theirs. Wasn't that the past administration's overused refrain: "Laws are laws ..." I understand their pain ... but laws are laws. They can't just mess up a thing and get away with it just because their idol won.
